We’re here to make getting help easier. MHST works with local schools and other services so you can get advice and support when you need it. You’ll find us in your school or education setting, ready to listen and help.
ChatHealth is a free text service for 11–19 year olds in Hull. You can message a nurse about any health worries, and they’ll reply within 24 hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–4:30pm). Text: 07312 263199
